Terms of use, acceptable use, and SMS text messaging terms for 357Lab, LLC and its operated web applications.

1. Scope & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service & Conditions govern your access to and use of 357lab.com and any web applications, interactive software tools, or digital properties owned and operated by 357Lab, LLC ("357 Lab," "we," "us," or "our"), a Texas limited liability company based in Dallas, Texas. Individual web applications operated by 357Lab, LLC on dedicated project domains may also publish supplemental application-specific terms tailored to their service or community rules.

2. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt unauthorized access to any website, web application, or messaging service operated by 357Lab, LLC. All software, workflows, visual design, and content across 357Lab, LLC properties are proprietary and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

3. SMS Terms (357Lab, LLC Text Messaging Programs)

  • Program Description: Web applications operated by 357Lab, LLC may offer optional, opt-in SMS text messaging for lawful, user-requested transactional, operational, and interactive two-way application communications — including account and service notifications, interactive prompts and user-initiated keyword or command responses, scheduling and activity coordination, workflow and status updates, and administrative alerts. No unsolicited third-party marketing messages are sent.
  • Opt-In Consent (`WEB_FORM` & Keywords): Recurring text messages are sent only to users who provide prior express opt-in consent via an unchecked-by-default web consent checkbox (separate from Required Terms & Privacy acceptance) or by texting an explicit opt-in keyword (START, YES, or UNSTOP). SMS consent is optional and is never a condition of purchase or required to use a web application.
  • Message Frequency & Rates: Message frequency varies based on account activity, application workflow, and user-configured settings (and is disclosed prior to opt-in on each application). Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-Out (`STOP`) & Support (`HELP`): In accordance with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA, 47 U.S.C. § 227), FCC rules at 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200(a)(10)–(12), and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, you may reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT (or any reasonable natural-language opt-out request) at any time to immediately cancel text messages from any 357Lab, LLC application and receive a single confirmation text. Reply HELP (or INFO) for assistance or call 357Lab, LLC toll-free at 1 (888) 403-5357 (or use the dedicated support email listed on the applicable web application).
  • Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy & Strict Mobile Non-Sharing: See our Privacy Policy and SMS & Text Messaging Policy. No mobile information or phone numbers collected by 357Lab, LLC or its operated web applications will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
